Description
310 stainless steel coil is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation under mildly cyclic conditions through 2000°F. Its high chromium and nickel contents provide comparable corrosion resistance, superior oxidation resistance, and a larger fraction of room temperature strength retention than the common austenitic alloys like 304 coil. Stainless steel, coil 310 is often used at cryogenic temperatures, with excellent toughness to -450°F, and low magnetic permeability.
This remarkable austenitic alloy transcends the limits of ordinary steel, offering:
- Experience Superior Strength even at High Temperatures: Our stainless steel exhibits exceptional strength retention, outperforming common austenitic alloys like 304. This ensures consistent and reliable performance even in the most demanding environments.
- Exceptional Resistance to Hot Corrosion: Our stainless steel effectively withstands harmful interactions with high-temperature gases and corrosive agents. This capability extends the service life of the material and reduces maintenance requirements.
- Superior Strength at Elevated Temperatures: Retains a larger portion of its room-temperature strength than common austenitic alloys like 304, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
- Outstanding Hot Corrosion Resistance: Resists harmful interactions with high-temperature gases and other corrosive agents, extending service life and reducing maintenance needs.
